My name is Rob Carless
and writing about the passion of what happens on the pitch and on the terraces is of paramount importance to me. To accept football means that one has to accept all aspects of the beautiful game regardless of its outcome and there are thousands of stories out there that are yet to be written.
It matters not about the Club. The story does not know boundaries.
BUT its not just about Football.
It's also very much all about Sub & Popular Culture.
And I will write it!
I also host events for Supporters Clubs all over the land. I love talking as well as writing!

Working with footballers on their autobiographies is about getting to the heart of the subject matter and then turning the story into prose. Everything is done with reverence and respect. I love working with footballers as each one has a story to tell.
Once we are in agreement, I will set up regular meetings. This can be on-line or face to face. I am a member of the English National Football Archive. This allows me access to all the relevant stats pertaining to players, clubs, competitions.
Each step of the way is planned out with detail and heart, allowing for the greatest of stories to be told.
